[dsl-visitors] No weekly Hackjam at Dim Sum Labs -- Tuesday 31 March 2020

Tomorrow is Tuesday.  Usually that means Hackjam at Dim Sum Labs.

However, given the recent guidelines on social distancing in response to 
the COVID-19 situation, Hackjam is cancelled this week.  As the social 
distancing guidelines are expected to be in place for at least two 
weeks, we expect to have to make a similar announcement next week too.
